Rosemark Law was founded in 2012 following Daniel’s role as General Counsel to a high tech company backed by institutional investors such as Goldman Sachs. The company manufactured its own equipment and utilized its licensed broadband spectrum (by changing the rules at the Federal Communications Commission) to provide proprietary, secure and robust wireless networks to the utility industry and government sector. The company built out a first of its kind statewide network allowing two-way machine to machine communications. Literally, the forefront of the “Smart Grid” change that allows utilities to communicate with devices and sensors in the home and business and com.
Beforehand, Dan held management roles at a national wireless carrier where he led strategic initiatives overseeing the most advanced and complex communications systems such as distributed antenna systems, large scale projects such as the quadrennial national political conventions, and marque sporting and entertainment venues.
